Service Description
Get started on a journey to a well-behaved, confident dog with our private 1-2-1 initial consultation in our very own private training room. Packed full of equipment, we can cover a range of training needs. With its own private entrance it is perfect for those that want to go straight from the car to safety. Children and family members are welcome to attend the training sessions with you and your dog. Whether you're dealing with reactivity, want to improve training skills or tackle individual concerns, our experienced trainer and behaviourist will work with you and your dog with personalised training based on your dog's individual needs. These sessions are ideal for tackling: Bad Manners Barking Car Travel Problems Chasing Chewing Digging Eating Faeces and Non-Food Items, Escaping Fear and Anxiety Frustration Growling House Soiling Hyperactivity Jumping Up and Pawing Nipping Fears & Phobias Mouthing Multiple Dogs in a Household Struggles with animals Struggles with Other Dogs Pulling on the Lead Rolling in Unpleasant Substances Running Off during Walks Recall Separation Struggles Territorial Behaviour If you have any further questions please contact us for more information.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to amend this booking policy at any time. The terms and conditions applying to your booking will be those in place on the date that you make your booking. For full terms and conditions and code of conduct please see our website. If payment has not been received via the online booking system or prior agreed BACS, your space will not be held. If you fail to attend any services that you have paid for, the full fee is forfeited by you and retained by Polesworth Dog School. No refunds are offered. A full refund can be requested up to 14 calendar days after the service has been booked providing it does not fall within 14 calendar days of the service start date. If your booking is within 14 calendar days of the service start date, then a refund will be given however, an admin fee of £30 will be deducted from the refund amount. Any requests made after this time period will be non-refundable. The 1hr timeslot booked, will be allocated for you and your dog to attend our training room. This does not always mean that your dog will be training constantly for the duration of the booking. If your dog has reached their learning limit, then the dog will not be asked to do any more and given the opportunity to rest. The remaining time can be used to answer any questions you may have, extend your learning and put into place any homework. On arrival, please wait in your car or on the main pathway by the road to ensure other clients can safely leave with their dog. I will come to greet you when it is safe for you and your dog to enter the training room. Please do not knock on the door while it is closed. You hereby agree, for Polesworth Dog School to use of any photos, videos or audio recordings taken during training sessions for the purpose of marketing on our company website, social media pages or for the purpose of demonstration videos, tutorials or other educational or informational material as may be produced and marketed from time to time. You understand that such material may be edited and used in whole or in part and displayed on the internet or made public for the purpose of promoting Polesworth Dog School. If you wish to not be used in such marketing ways, please write or email Polesworth Dog School to opt out.
